Before export

  • Update uk.ac.cam.psychiatry.brainwaver
    • about.ini
    • about.mappings
    • about.properties
  • Update uk.ac.cam.psychiatry.brainwaver.graphics
    • splash.xcf
    • splash.bmp
  • Update uk.ac.cam.psychiatry.brainwaver.workbench.batchprocessing
    • features.xml version number

After export

  • Go into plugins/uk.ac.cam.psychiatry.brainwaver
    • in software/brainwaver/brainwaverlibrary/
      • chmod u+x “*.sh”
      • run install.sh
    • in software/brainwaver/
      • give all relevent files the execute permission, i.e. 
        chmod u+x configure config.guess config.sub ltmain.sh install-sh missing
      • make -f Makefile.cvs
      • ./configure –prefix=`pwd`
      • make distclean
      • rm -fr share bin R_LIBS
      • make -f Makefile.cvs
